We are going to be soon building our catch pen/lambing jugs/weaning pens: if a sheep/lamb is in a say a 5x5 pen should they be able to jump over a 36-40' fence? Any advice is appreciated. my sheep are doing fine in most cases with our 48' high tensile but I had a new ewe (am. blackbelly) go thru the fence to get to the others (she left her lambs to do this) then my ram lamb decided to go thru after 24 hours of being 'weaned' to mama. We're going to add more wires BUT I have a feeling when weaning and other times a panel type fence will be best. All my sheep have am. blackbelly in them, but the ones I got in Oct have only gone thru IF they're pushed and never has one left a pen to get to the grass.
My husband tends to go overboard on projects which is why I'm asking.. We're planning on a shed with 2 pens for lambing, then an aisle that will be for catching, ect and not sure but the lambing pens may also be my quarentine/weaning area.
Thanks

  • If the installer doesn't see your disk, or it says that it can't install on your computer or volume, you might need to erase your disk first.
  • If the installer offers you the choice between installing on Macintosh HD or Macintosh HD - Data, choose Macintosh HD.
  • Allow installation to complete without putting your Mac to sleep or closing its lid. Your Mac might restart and show a progress bar several times, and the screen might be empty for minutes at a time.

After installation is complete, your Mac might restart to a setup assistant. If you're selling, trading in, or giving away your Mac, press Command-Q to quit the assistant without completing setup. Then click Shut Down. When the new owner starts up the Mac, they can use their own information to complete setup.
